Tram
To almost every place in Amsterdam you can travel by tram. On the tram you can use a "strippenkaart", a card that you can use as a multi-ticket-card.

Train
The best way to come to the center of Amsterdam is by train! You can also reach other great Dutch cities, like Rotterdam and Delft, by train!

Walk
Everywhere in Amsterdam you see groups of people with a guide walking. But at the tourist agency are a lot of walk-maps and books to discover Amsterdam by yourself!

• We are a non-smoking bed and breakfast.

• In case anything goes missing from the apartment during your stay, it will also be charged.

• Full payment is expected upon arrival.

• A deposit is required at the time of booking.
• Please note that the deposit required at the time of booking is 50% of total price.
• The published rate applies up to and including May 2006.
• We are not responsible for any loss, accident, personal injury, medical expenses or property damage caused by circumstances beyond our control.
• The owners can terminate your stay without any reason or recourse.

Two weeks before arrival date = 100%.

One week before arrival date = 50% refund.

Less than seven days before arrival date = no refund.
